These terms cover ordering online from NYC Falafel. NYC Falafel is operated by Falafel Corp, 201 Allen St, New York, NY 10002. Phone (646) 470-2343. Email nycfalafelcompany@gmail.com.
Agreement to these terms
By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Pickup only
Orders placed on this website are for pickup at 201 Allen St, New York, NY 10002. We do not deliver from this website. If you would like delivery, use one of the delivery partners linked on our site.
When you place an order, we confirm it and start making it. If there is a problem with your order — for example, an item is sold out — we will contact you at the phone number or email you gave us.
Pickup and handover
When you arrive, give us the name on the order (and your phone number if asked). We record the time your order is handed over. Once the order is handed to you, or to a person you sent to collect it, the order is considered fulfilled and delivered.
Payment
We accept card payments online. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. New York City sales tax (8.875%) applies to all orders.
Prices
Menu items, prices, and hours may change without notice. Website prices may differ from in-store prices and delivery-platform prices.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
If you need to change or cancel an order, call us as soon as possible at (646) 470-2343. Once we have started making your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled, and it is not refundable. Food is made to order.
Please collect your order within 30 minutes of your pickup time (or by our closing time, whichever is earlier). After that we may discard it for food safety, and it is not refundable. If you do not pick up your order, it is still charged in full and is not refundable — we cannot resell food made for you.
If something is wrong with your order, call us at (646) 470-2343 before you leave the shop and we will make it right — including remaking the affected item or refunding it where that is fair. Refunds, when given, are for the affected item only and are made to the original payment method.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If there is a problem with your order or your payment, please contact us first at (646) 470-2343 or nycfalafelcompany@gmail.com so we can resolve it. By placing an order, you agree that food prepared and made available for pickup as described in these terms is not eligible for a refund through a card chargeback. If a chargeback is filed for an order we fulfilled, we will dispute it with your bank using our order and pickup records. Filing a chargeback for food you received may result in your phone number being blocked from future online orders.
Order records
We keep a record of each online order — your name, phone number, the items ordered, the amount paid, and the time it was picked up — and we may use those records to respond to a payment dispute.
Loyalty punch card
Every paid online pickup order earns 1 punch. Your phone number is your punch card. At 9 punches, your 10th order includes one free dessert or drink of your choice, and your card resets.
Punches have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
Food, halal, and allergies
Our food is halal. Please tell us about any allergies when you order. We work with many ingredients in a small kitchen, so while we take care, we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of cross-contact with allergens.
Using this website
Please use this website only to browse the menu and place real orders. Do not try to disrupt the site, place fake orders, or misuse our ordering system. The text, photos, and logo on this site belong to NYC Falafel and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep this website and our ordering running, but we cannot promise it will always be available without interruption. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as internet or payment outages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies to your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
